Pros
Architects and engineers were talented. The remote offices were close with working as a team. Collaboration key driver to creative selling. Work/life balance was awesome.
Kontras
HR there is none. No support for HQ or upper management. Too many solution offerings which seemed to nose dive which in retrospect management needed to make a supposed business justification and lay off a large portion of sales staff and engineers. No severance pay.
