The interview process was quick and easy. I liked the employees I worked with at the plant. I was able to make big changes to improve the environment and provide much needed employee recognition.
Kontras
The HR team at corporate was always changing and not very focused on employee morale or improvement. Mostly just talked about it but no action taken.
