Bad and Toxic work environment Employees don't get paid unless they are client billable, there is no bench concept, this company deals with employees as if they are daily labour, the day you have work you get paid... no work = no pay. Its such a shame a company which boasts about its reputation is actually living off bits and pieces, hard working professionals are sent away on forced leaves as they are non-billable. Clients are fooled by the Management, fake employees with no relevant experience are bought into picture and trained for client interviews as professionals. Projects are bad, this company will pick up any project even if it lasts for a week or two and later fires its employees. Over all a very conniving and bad influence to students who are lured to such companies and have no clue about how this organisation is playing with their careers/future.
