Avoid this company - English Teacher bei Siam Computer and Language School: Mitarbeiterbewertung

So many to talk about…. Okay if you’re not sure what agencies do then let me tell you that they are supposed to assist in ways to help you improve as a teacher. Siam doesn’t provide any help to their teachers, but take a cut of your wages every month. Then comes the days where it’s a semester break… They don’t pay you. So in theory, you work about 8 months of the year and somehow have to survive on that. Oh and if that isn’t bad enough, they didn’t provide any help for the teachers during the COVID closures…. Hmm but the office staff who sit on their backsides all day get paid. They expect so much from teachers but give so little. Instead of providing teachers with materials, the manager will push teachers to buy it themselves or “borrow” from Siam and pay back each month. It’s like they have no knowledge about finance and management at all.
