Literally everything else. A lack of direction and a lot of time spent completing the requirements, attending initial meetings, and then never hearing back again. Some people would move on, others who completed the same requirements would not. No explanations given except for repeated, generic responses. There are other companies that do something similar, but better and I'd recommend them instead of Shyftoff. Frankly, it doesn't pay well enough for the amount of trouble.
