Bad bad bad - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Shyft: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have been with Shyft for a little over 6 months and in these 6 months I have had a significant learning curve. I have been supported and trusted by the org which has helped me grow tremedously . Not only have I received great professional support but also made some good friends .

Nothing that i can think of

Honestly there’s no pros at all. This is fairly new company and don’t have the right budgeting

Horrible training Horrible management from the CEO No room for improvements No room for learning Will lay you off no matter how long you been with them and how much work you put in daily Will look you right in the eyes and tell you it’s based on performance which is not true at all They have no clear plan Hired people just to let them go with in 3 weeks side note( you got to give your new people more than 3 week before you make a decision) Would never recommend for anyone
