Lovely company culture, unfortunate operating market - Frontend Developer bei ShortPoint: Mitarbeiterbewertung

When I started the culture was great and people were really happy. Short Point was celebrating cool feature launches and everything was really positive. Flexibility was nice but every move you make is tracked by management and they talk to you about exactly what you are doing and tell you what you should be doing.

CFO has no idea what he is doing. Doesn't understand the sales process. Doesn't understand how revenue comes in. Doesn't understand how to forecast and asks pinpoint questions about sales that he should have the answers to. The CEO trusts him and he is hurting the company with bad business advice and bad direct communication with employees.
