Pros

Employees are given room for growth, breakfast is provided every day, casual work attire environment, thoughtfulness is meaningful, Executives are a wonderful group of men who are genuine. PTO is generous, office politics is not a major issue, Support Team local manager goes above and beyond for their team members. Team environment, and positive culture.

Underpaid by at least 5,000.00 annually based on their average hourly pay for this role. Promotions appear to be given to those who are favored by top level management, Imbalance between management in one office and staff in another, Unorganized support training for new employees (to an extent), passive aggressive accusations made without taking personal responsibility for the lack of training provided. Favored employees are treated much differently and are given opportunities others work hard for every day. Unnecessary vindictive behavior exhibited by team members (ensuring their team mates fail at a task).

Pros

Great People, Higher ups are friendly and approachable. Cool perks like Christmas party, golf outing etc.

Rapid growth typically generates unqualified middle management. Very cliquey. Managers hide insecurities about their own positions by looking at top performers as threats. Suggestions/Ideas for department improvement to management are looked at as being insubordinate, then later introduced as their own ideas. Commission Cuts! Commission Cuts Commission Cuts! I was there a little under 2 years. My departments' commission was cut 3 separate times! They underpay their workers compared to industry competitors. Prided themselves on not being a "Call Factory" bashing other local companies "W&S" "TQL" for their turnaround and management.... they are very quickly following suit with the companies they bash in the interview process. Department was often managed by emotions and personal relationships and not production and results. Double Standards. They know who they are going to hire for promotions before they have interviews.
