- Great colleagues, supportive, friendly, and generally great to work with - 1-2 days WFH, which provides some flexibility but I suspect will not be for long - IPO in the coming years

- Engineers are constantly juggling multiple projects in a high-pressure environment, leaving little time for professional growth beyond just writing code. Result in poor work life balance with long hours and demanding schedules. Perhaps only suitable for people without children. - Despite being over a decade old, the company still operates like an early-stage startup, with aggressive and seemingly arbitrary deadlines, unrealistic expectations - Many great engineers have left, including senior leadership. - Tech/ product does not seem to be a major focus in this 'tech company'. - Very average pantry with drinks and some biscuit
