Disclaimer** My feedback is about the sales team and sales leaders. Very toxic environment in the sales team, the fear of getting fired made the team members not collaborative at all. Sales management would NEVER help you through the sales process, on the contrary would take your deals saying that they are better managing them, being very offensive and assuming that people just don't know how to work. Not helpful, not collaborative, not supportive, not sharing the expertise neither strategies. Some people just have assists’ to reach their targets only because they are friends with their leader. When you share your strategy to improve the environment and the sales organisation is where they start a severe mobbing. Basically these sales leaders don't like people who think out of the box and share ideas. Leaders definitely lack experience at all, it's pretty obvious to everyone. About sales commissions you will never get them, very high and if the company doesn't reach their targets and you don't reach the 80% of yours you will get 0 compensation. Nor will you have a clear compensation plan, the targets change every quarter suddenly without any notice. Very toxic mentality where people just have to work after working hours and emailing or slacking you. And if you don't do the same they underline how you don't work enough. Definitely, who survives in this company is someone who is bosses' friend, people who belittle colleagues and people that don't have any other job opportunities.
