You will pick up that realness from every single person you talk to here. The Career- Sales is hard work, no doubt, but under Matt’s leadership (sales director), the helping hand of mentors like Adam and Brad, and your incredibly helpful coworkers who are not only talented salespeople but skilled teachers…you have all the support, knowledge, and talent you could ever ask for. There is no shortage of wisdom or encouragement. The Perks- Paid Time Off, super comprehensive Health Insurance, an impressively high salary…it really is mind-boggling how well ShippingEasy takes care of its own in every way.
