Waste of time - Registered Nurse bei Shiftkey: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Shift requests are never replied. Agency let's facilities get away with this nonsense.How can a nurse request a shift 5 days in advance and the facilty keeps the shift pending acceptance till the very day of the shift. It's either a yes or a no. Facilities should reply to our requests in time so as we can pick up with other agencies. Most of the shifts on shift key are non existent, they are just put there to keep the app busy. I also use fleet nurse and once u request a shift it is your on the spot. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
