Workplace animosity - Systems Administrator bei ShiftWise: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There was a lot of churn in the management from my manager all the way to the CEO. The company was very unstable at the time and a lot of people were terminated. When I was terminated, there was a lot of animosity toward me. Very unprofessional. My personal items were packed up and mailed to me. Items were missing and one item was broken. To be fair, the corporate office reimbursed me the cost of the broken item. However, the experience showed how unprofessional the management and my colleagues had become. From what I understand, the big push for ShiftWise 2.0 was abandoned due to ever increasing scope creep and uncontrolled cost ballooning. Again, because management and CEOs allowed the situation to fester. But there's people that have stayed there for up to 20 years! Some people must be treated well there.
