Senior management team - Very underhand and secretive. Unable to listen to feedback, identify where improvement is needed or act upon improvement actions. Foresight - Very short sighted in terms of growth and development. Very much "Hand to mouth" in all but their largest branches. Workforce - Site team generally competent but office staff remain clueless, unfocussed and of-course unchallenged by senior management. Staff turnover - A significant number of experienced people have been "managed out of the business" due to the suspicious nature of senior management members in the South West.

Good salary No problem paying over time No problem paying travel time

Engineers are expected work 50+ a week. Engineers are expected work 8 hours on site + travel time. Most of the sites are 2h+ travel time one way. time to time If staying away engineers are told the day before leaving. When over time refused the current work conditions become hostile. Most project managed over phone resulting in wasted time and frustration.
