Management is arrogant and think they can get away with things. If you don't sell yourself to be liked you won't survive here. Overly bureaucratic and they have been trying to "simplify" for years but seems to just talk about it and not actually do anything concrete. A lot of talkers not doers and doers contributions are not recognized as well compared to people that talk well.
