1. Constant churning of roles, so nobody is invested enough to do their jobs right. Just keep your head down and hope that things don't blow up on your watch. 2. US upper and middle management tend to be terrible at their jobs, often promoted based on DEI or favoritism, but not merit. Don't believe me? Work here for six months and you will be astonished how really bad most of these people are. 3. People spend 30%+ of their time socializing.
