Not a stable company to work for - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Shell: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Shell is sending away Canadian Jobs like Accounts Payable, JV Accounting, General Accounting, Human Resources etc to other countries like Philippines and India. There is no stability in any job right now. They talk a lot about diversity and Inclusiveness but this is not really implemented in the culture of the company. They don't really appreciate the employees, they don't bring any career opportunities for the employees, they are only thinking how they can move more jobs away.
