start by reviewing HR, IT policies, 4 year rotation policies, internal job transfer to be 1 for 1 rotation. Stop such musical chairs, each time the music starts (re-organisation) many chairs are removed, while those affected employess struggles to get jobs roles, the 4 yr rotation still go on in tendem while should pause to stabilise the business. There is simply too many changes happening at the same time too ofthen. Many employees quit or feel a low morale due to this.
