Poor and confused leadership. favouritism is at peak now. 3 days mandatory work from office with no place to sit or eat. No growth opportunity (you may get if you know how to lick boots). On the name of DEI, only women are appreciated and promoted irrespective of skill sets and capabilities. Most of the women in leadership are against the opposite gender and ensuring all the opportunity and perks are given to women.
