Pros

- Quarterly bonuses based off of job level - 10% store discount up to $10 saved/mo. - Decent stepping stone to build career - New office building and daycare coming in late 2017 - Gym and wellness center in Claysburg - Culture that attracts friendly people - Relaxed dress code

Kontras

- Apps & Dev employees regularly leave to earn over 50% more base salary in a nearby area - Career path entirely focused around years of experience - creates no incentive to go above and beyond - Time tracking in several places which is reviewed by management daily - Too much process for such a small IT dept. - Unmarketable titles - No telecommute - No sick days

Pros

-scheduled breaks -full time while still having three days off a week -set rotating schedule -pto and bonuses after the first month or two -overall decent atmosphere but could be different for other places -pretty forgiving points system -comprehensive training program makes it a lot easier to jump into things if you are new -VERY competitive pay and benefits -employee discounts and stock

Kontras

-can be a bit strict about procedures but that is also a good thing -can have shift inequality -depending on location and crew size, it can be overwhelming at first -for this position specifically, switching between stores and crews who have different expectations, cultures, and rules can be a bit difficult to get used to at first

Pros

-pay and benefits are good, -flexibility with schedule. -bonus every quarter based on customer satisfaction -(based on store) good management

Kontras

-constant changes that don't make sense -QA can decide a new rule with no notice.(I support this if it leads to safer food, or better quality in the way we do things) -Constant mass producing of new stores, leeching off the yearly bonus we used to get every year. -Its a uphill battle to get a terrible employee out of the store, you would think its a union job with how hard it is. -(based on store) some locations with down right sacrifice the rest of the store to get a bonus based on one metric (and only management gets said bonus) , everything is a metric game. AHOD trumps all, everything else is secondary for some awful reason
