Will suck the life out of you, especially if you are like 90% of the stores where they are under staffed.
Corporate is getting worse and worse slashing quality for a extra dollar saved.

-full time while still having three days off a week
-set rotating schedule
-pto and bonuses after the first month or two
-overall decent atmosphere but could be different for other places
-pretty forgiving points system
-comprehensive training program makes it a lot easier to jump into things if you are new
-VERY competitive pay and benefits
-employee discounts and stock

-can be a bit strict about procedures but that is also a good thing
-can have shift inequality
-depending on location and crew size, it can be overwhelming at first
-for this position specifically, switching between stores and crews who have different expectations, cultures, and rules can be a bit difficult to get used to at first
