Where to begin...serious lack of communication at all levels of management including the top. Very "siloed" company where departments do whatever they want regardless of how it affects others in their own department and other departments. Very little communication between departments...creates a lot of unnecessary back and forth. Lack of leadership stems from the top and trickles down. Way too many people in senior management positions what have no idea what they are doing and have been in their position for far to long.
Pay scale is about 30-45% below market both nationally and locally in Cincinnati, OH.
