Friendly colleagues, honestly don’t think I can say anything else.

THIS IS A WARNING! The boss is a bully, she has in the past threatened dismissing staff if they disagree with her. She sticks to her own idea despite everyone telling her it’s a bad idea, she will force her own idea and threaten sacking you if you disagree. Only for the very thing we all said would go wrong, does go wrong then she can’t own the mistake and then blames you. She refused to let anyone to work from home despite the government asking for everyone to, instead she put bleach out for everyone to wash hands. The office is old and crooked. Customers have complained about the boss.

I have been with Sharp-aX for 9 years now and have to say that I love working here. The MD is very polite and respectful towards her employees. She cares a lot about the employees and their sentiments, and goes an extra mile to support them. Sharp-aX is like a family to me now.

I cannot think of any cons.
