Great Environment, Mediocre Management and Complete Lack of Direction - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Shared: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Some of the best things about working at Shared is the friendly outgoing staff you get to work with - they're very good at hiring people that will fit in well with the Shared family. Another is the flexible hours work schedule - Shared is very understanding that we all have lives outside of work, and even though we try our best to schedule things around regular hours, it doesn't always end up that way. All in all, Shared is a very fun, exciting, and relaxed work environment always looking for new creative minds to join in.

There is really only one con that I can think about when it comes to working at Shared, and that would be the lower end salaries. I believe that the work being put in, doesn't always reflect the salary that is being made, and that is something I would really like to see changed.

The culture at Shared is unlike anything I've ever experienced in a workplace before. Everyone is really creative, hard working, and want to help others do their best. It's great to work in such a positive team environment. Going to work is something I really look forward to!

The salaries are really the only thing that I would say are a drawback to an otherwise great workplace. It seems as though there there isn't a lot of room for people to get paid much more than the base salaries for each position. The company does have privileges though that help balance out the lower salaries (benefits, great work/life balance, free food at work, relaxed work environment, dogs in the office, etc.).
