The frustration felt by some past and even current employees is understandable. We appreciate and respect the feedback and it is important that these types of reviews are recognized and responded to. We have been very fortunate to find and hire amazingly talented, genuinely great people who have helped grow the company, which makes having to adjust to an ever changing industry that much more difficult. With competitors and businesses similar to Shared shutting down and closing their doors permanently due to recent changes on social media platforms it is an important reminder on how companies need to learn to adjust quickly in order to move forward. We have taken great care to make sure our employees feel appreciated and valued and it becomes especially difficult when the industry shifts and a young growing company feels those changes more deeply than others. Change is never easy, but adapting to it is what this business and industry thrives on and we will continue to evolve any way that we can, unfortunately that includes pivoting the direction of the business, refocusing on other priorities and making internal adjustments.
