Pros
4 weeks PTO, great health benefits, 2 days off in a row, 40-50 hour work week. No late nights
Kontras
If your store does less then 80k a week be prepared to be understaffed with manangers and have to run with minimal team members just to hit your numbers. Team members are expected to do 2-3 positions and act like robots. Shift manangers are expected to act like GMs but are not given any tools to do so. Trying to train new manangers while not having any manangers is next to impossible and accounts for high manangent turn over due to burnout. Help from the corporate level is non existent because "it's not in the budget." If you would like to use your PTO you have to beg for help from other stores in your area to come cover your shifts. This has been a trend for the last 7 years and has not changed, dispite asking for help multiple times. Corporate structure is always changing and you never have the same AD or RDO or RVP for long so work put in goes unnoticed. If you work at stores that make over 100k a week this may be different since budget is different. Bonus program is a joke and you'll only be able to hit it if you are at a high volume store.
