Very simple promotion layout. Can be a great culture welcoming to a diverse group of people. If you have GM or previous management experience, you will move up quickly.
Kontras
As you get in the higher ranks, it becomes much more difficult to move up as they seem more comfortable giving outside hires with more experience a chance over those that have risen through the ranks and know the company. These outside managers are often playing catch-up while veteran managers clean up the messes and rarely get the credit they deserve.
