- good place to start a career working for a government agency - quarterly bonuses as part of GGOB (Great Game Of Business)

- no room for advancement, you essentially stay in the same position unless you can find another contract to jump on - quarterly bonuses are given out to everyone, not merit based - pretty much impossible to get a salary increase - send an email to HQ and hopefully hear back in a week - disconnect between HQ and field, they don't seem to know what we do or how contracts are doing
