Low salary. Gender unequalty. Highly acceptance of the ones who has an influential person behind. Nobody really cares your work, cause everybody believes that they might do it better. You really need to watch your back while working. Unskilled management team. Seems like a corporate firm but acts as a family business. Protracted decision-making process.
