Pros
The work-life balance was fantastic. Mr. Ray Limoges, the owner, was very flexible with my hours and times to allow me to attend my university classes without penalizing me financially or career growth wise. He allowed me to take my dog to the office which was a big plus for me.
Kontras
The stamped concrete and masonry business is seasonal for the most part- so money comes and goes in waves which is straining for year time work. Also, the constant early early hours makes it difficult. However, a fun, light-hearten, energetic working environment where growth is encouraged and valued help offset the negatives.
