Practically a call centre - Revolving door when it comes to headcount, people laid off with no notice - Clear lack of communication between management and staff - Managers are like robots, have no empathy and do not provide any support - Unrealistic targets, you are expected to hit them and are berated if you don't - Horrible environment to work in
