I truly cannot think of any pros

Absolutely awful place to work. My manager said that “if there were pictures on resumes, black people would never be hired.” My boss yells. He fired someone and then laughed about it to us. He was overheard saying, “you know we can get those college kids for cheap” and underpays everyone. They get mad at you for asking HR anything. They try to create a barrier so that employees are scared to go to HR. It is an incredibly toxic, hostile environment. They fire more people than I have ever seen at a company. A vast majority of people also end up quitting after a short amount of time. Also, management micromanages and stalks employees on cameras 24/7. It’s a very paranoid environment.

Pros

Customer service is top priority so speed to reply to customers and deal timelines are great. Quick responses. Local decision making. Good local people and management. Fair pay.

Kontras

Formal work environment. No hybrid or remote work if you are a lender or lending assistant. Must be there 5 days per week. Need to improve benefits and cost sharing for medical. Also lack a profit sharing plan and stock options that most all other banks their size offer.
