Pros
Competitive salary and great benefits. There are some wonderful people at ST and some managers really care about you and invest time and resources into making sure you are seen, heard, and rewarded for your hard work.
Kontras
There is no work/life balance, the expectation is to work 50-60 hours a week minimum, the training is long and mostly unrelated to what you will actually be doing in your role. The company culture has been sacrificed for the sake of growth and it shows in staff burnout and turnover. They seem more and more out of touch with the needs of their workforce, especially during a pandemic. In a time when we’re all doing our best to get through a hard time, they sent chocolates and stepladders for Christmas instead of money or gift cards that we could actually use to care for ourselves and our families. Their performance standards are completely unrealistic and they reward your “success” by burying you in more work and projects unrelated to your job.
