so far remote working, however i'm sure that'll change as soon as they can get back in the office. Some of the people are genuine, kind, supportive but majority will stab you in the back to climb up the so called development ladder

Managers no longer have a clue what they are doing, i'm surprised some of them can get dressed in the morning. no longer a sales centre, more of a call centre environment. no longer interested in building relationships with the clients customer base, just want you to make more calls. too much admin involved and they like to keep a close eye on your productivity. Quotas are far too high because the leadership team set unrealistic revenue targets, then expect the reps to magically pull orders from nowhere.
