Customer focus is key. Many times customers are our very best salesperson. There is a cult like following from IT. Doing the right thing for our customers is always at the forefront of our minds. We have an incredible cloud infrastructure with almost 0 downtime. If you perform sales compensation is excellent. Also the stock units are a wonderful incentive.

Sometimes it is challenging to get out of the "IT SM" "service management" "HelpDesk" box. However in the six months I have been here I see more and more customers in bracing the everything as a service, system of engagement platform.The platform is very robust and can do almost anything therefore when someone asks what does ServiceNow do it can be challenging to define.
