Plenty of opportunities to work with different populations and wide range of work schedules/hours available. Good place to meet other like-minded individuals. Coworkers are a big help if you end up with good ones. Plenty of opportunity for overtime if looking for that as well.

Unbelievably disorganized. Corrupt company. Totally FOR profit under the guise of the title “Non-profit”. Chaotic, unstructured homes, poor communication. Clients needs and demands not able to be met due to understaffing. Poor pay rate. Very stressful working conditions that are not even attempted to be managed or regulated. Quick burnout rates and high turnover as a result.
