There are no better people to work for than Casey and Kelly Freis and their partner Brandon Farmer. They run a tight ship, but treat people with the moral humanity. The ick is balanced with the fact the owners will bump elbows with the lowest of techs to ensure no one feels less than. As the account manager, there is freedom to create my own systems to be as productive as possible. Truly an amazing place to work.

There is the ick sometimes. Nasty environments are a place where this company thrives. If you cant handle the ick, this is not the place for you. But how you are treated after working hard in the nasty locations is unmatched. The owners and operators are the must upstanding people.

There are lots of pros, positive work environment, nice and kind team to work with. Management is open and communicative and provides lots of support and training.

There really are not too many, restoration requires some long work hours, buts thats typical!
Owners care more about supporting their lifestyle than anything. False promises, no basic training, daily threats, asked to commit insurance fraud, outdated equipment-vehicles-facilities. a "Do more with less" mindset. Try to nickel and dime their own employees by charging outrageous amounts for anything they "issue" you. If you leave without offering a two week notice, they drop your pay to minimum wage. Not enough work to keep you busy doing what you were hired for and they bounce you around performing whatever they want you to.
