Upper management doesnt do there job right, to many snitches on frivolous things that dont matter, management picks and chooses who they like, can be long hours for some, no bonuses, promises of growth but if you are not a man than theres no chance, if you are not there favorite than no chance, can easily get fired if the upper management fell u are a threat to them, women have no voice, the owner is blind to what is really going on, the computers constantly go down even though there is an IT on payroll but despite getting paid extra he still cant fix it right which is a waste of money for the owner, he needs to call a real IT to fix this problem. I can go on but wont.
