Pros
ServiceMaster offers the best of both worlds. It's an established and well-known company but as a newer stand-alone, it also has a start-up vibe. Because of that, you have the opportunity to stretch into a lot of areas, create processes from scratch, and build the foundation for your function and department. It's fast-paced and ever-changing, but in a good way, keeping you on your toes and challenged. We continue to define our culture, but what's in place currently is pretty great! From the Leadership Team down, everyone is friendly and approachable. It's incredibly diverse in multiple ways and everyone collaborates well together working to support our franchise owners. I've been with SMB for a couple of years, but I feel like I still have so much more to do and I'm excited for the future!
