People try to do what's right and do seem to care about doing a good job. For certain positions, management is flexible with family needs and time-shifting as long as you can get your assignments done.
Kontras
Hard to get all that is required done. Internal processes to get stuff done get in the way of getting things done. Staff does not know when next round of layoffs will happen. It seems like SeviveMaster grows and shrinks staff on a whim.
