      Very good at work life balance, if the work becomes to much you can have the work decrease

      Pay decreases with decrease in work, so if the job is to much then sometimes that is how it goes

      I don't recommend working their.

      Leadership is terrible. Plant manger and Lead like to gossip about all employees. You don't get vacation until a year of service. Sick pay is accrued, although it takes forever to accumulate.
