Having been with the company for some time, it’s clear that the executive and senior leadership teams lack the cohesion, clarity, and focus necessary to lead effectively. Complex issues are often oversimplified without providing sufficient support or guidance. Even more concerning is the lack of collaboration at the top. Instead of fostering an aligned vision, leadership spends more time creating internal friction, which ultimately filters down and disrupts the entire organization.
