It is a Work from home opportunity People I worked with were very nice

Insane call volume Training was terrible, learned almost nothing that prepared me for the job Taking call after 1 day of " training" (watching videos ) Have to work in the weekend both sat and sun

Always willing to try new strategies to adapt and overcome issues It quickly becomes like a family unit Pay is decent at least for upper management

Pros

Work from home, not much else

Kontras

Very poor pay, very poor training with impatient underpaid trainers, work is draining and you get yelled at by customers often. Absolutely no benefits for working here either. I guess they think work from home is enough. As if thats not enough, they will cut your hours on a whim. Just not worth it. You're better off working at Mcdonalds, honestly.
