If you care about your mental health at all, you won’t get a job here. Management are terrible micromanagers, bonus targets are totally unreachable and your salary is that low that you’ll push yourself to get your bonus but end up burning out while you’re at it. You’ll be expected to do the job of one or more people on the regular especially when someone calls in sick or goes on leave and management sit in their offices and not care. There is absolutely no flexibility around appointments and you’re expected to come in early before you’re being paid to ‘set-up’ for the day. Office assistants are basically glorified cleaners which should be communicated better in the interview process and not be promised progression. The turnover rate of the place is unbelievably high and if you’re silly enough to take a job here, you’ll understand very soon as to why. Good Luck.
