I really appreciate how well-organized the processes are, especially around sprints and releases, it makes work efficient and clear. CEO does not accept criticism. Sermo incentivizes kissing up to the CEO whenever possible. The CEO also micromanages areas where he has little expertise, and the product suffers because of it.
