It's really easy pass the interviews. They have many projects where you could fit in surely. You could spend the rest of your life working with them without the worry of being dismissed.

Lack of expectations when it comes promotion in any project. The wages are very low. Lately they have been cutting down on costs from the employees wages.

Employees are nice. They don't need you to have experience to hire you.

Salary is terrible. Learning process. They don't really teach you, you must learn. But they're not going to worry about if you are learning something, suffering or just thinking about goats. Plus, managers don't seem to know much.
