Pros
Sephora highly educates their employees with everything from complex skincare ingredients to tons of product sampling. The pay is not very high and sales associates do not receive commission, so it's considerable that apart of the compensation is given in gratis (product).
Kontras
No room for advancement, too much favoritism amongst certain leads and employees (but this may have been specific to the store I worked in.)
