Pros

They are generally fair and they genuinely care about the people that work for them. They have great training programs to develop your leadership and management skills. You really cant find another employer who puts as much emphasis on educating and personally developing their employees and management.

Kontras

I absolutely love the job however there are alot of high expectations for the management team and they expect you to be at a district management level in order to run their stores. You learn alot however they do not compensate their employees for the level of expertise they are looking for.
