Pros
After being fired from this company I found one of the best jobs in my career in a big company with an outstanding team and better paid than here. Obviously, offering me the opportunity to progress for better was not their intent but still needs to be considered as a pro, I wouldn’t be where I am if it wasn’t for them. That and half a dozen very human people are the single pros of this company.

I would like to take this opportunity to make a very serious warning to any SW engineer or scientist who is on the autism spectrum. Don’t touch this company not even with a 100m pole. Beware of these individuals and steer clear. After joining, I made the mistake of disclosing my condition to these individuals. Believe on me, few times I saw such disgust and repugnance look in someone’s face. Even for someone used to ignorant reactions to ASD. From my team mates to the highest level of HR, with some wonderful exceptions. After failing to make me quit by making my life miserable, they decided to fire me summarily out of spite alleging incompetence. Their canned response, denying until they become breathless that they discriminate autistic people won’t take long. To tear that apart simply ask them how many of us they have there. And then, Fellow Aspie, it’s up to you (not them) to decide where you want to work and in whom to believe. By the way, if you are a customer and have autistic people in family, you deserve to know the kind of company S1 really is. And what is their DI policy.
