There is no support from management or otherwise to keep morale up. Fast burn out.

Thank you for your review. Our Customer Service and Operations team is built on supporting one another and providing the training and resources to help our employees succeed. Every employee should have regular conversations with their manager to review their situation and get support where needed. This includes mapping out career paths to support future growth. We also ensure our associates get the time they need to enjoy a positive work/life balance.
